Courtney and Ryan were married at St. Monica Parish in Whitefish Bay. The celebration continued at Shully’s in Thiensville.
When we met Courtney and Ryan in 2014 for their initial meeting, they spoke about how they wanted their wedding to be fun and a big party. They certainly achieved that, and their advice for future brides and grooms is to have fun. “Don’t worry about the food or small details. As long as everyone is dancing and having fun, it’s all worth it”, they said.
From the moment of their dipped first-kiss, the party was on. After our first stop, we went to downtown Cedarburg to made a pit-stop at the bar Courtney fills in at, C. Wieslers. All friends and family joined Courtney and Ryan for their cocktail hour at Shully’s. Since it was a bit cool outside, everyone spent time both inside and outside in the tent.
Though they didn’t focus too much on the details, the actual small aspects of their wedding day were beautiful. The invitations and paper goods all done by Katie, Ryan’s sister, were gorgeous. And the flowers by their family friend Mandy of Samantha LTD were fall-inspired and beautiful.
Enough with the build up, here’s how we saw Courtney and Ryans day…
