We’ve had a lot of exciting new things going on this season. This very post is one of them! As wedding photographers, stylized photo shoots have never really been our thing. We photograph real people, real love and real things. After talking with Kelly of Jane Kelly Floral this past winter, we decided to put our heads together and plan a real-life photo shoot at the brand new venue, Mercantile Hall. We wanted a change to show off our personal styles and creative ideas. At the same time, planning a wedding couples can actually do! Burlington’s newest venue is also the most darling place around. It’s so versatile, couples can do just about anything with the space. We teamed up with (very) local vendors and real couple, Tara & Paul, to showcase this romantic, industrial wedding inspiration.

With summer’s popular light pinks and greens, we’re happily to showcase some different colors alongside them. These saturated deep plum wines, misty hydro greys and dark greenery make for an ultra moody ambience. This inspiration brings a mixture of textures to a romantic industrial setting, geometric shapes in with organic and lively flowers and gold accents in with metals.
