Leah & Bob are married!
A few years ago, Leah & Bob were set up through Bob’s groomsman, Joe. Joe’s wife works with Leah and they both kept mentioning “I have this person you should meet.” They finally agreed to meet in May of 2015. Their first date was at the Fox River Brewing Company. Leah missed her younger sisters 26th birthday celebration. Jenna said during her maid-of-honor speech, (summarizing) “I knew if Leah was missing my birthday, that Bob was special.” It turns out the set up was successful (of course). Leah & Bob dated for a little less than a year before getting engaged in early May 2016.
At the time of their engagement, Leah lived in Oshkosh and Bob lived in Milwaukee. They did the long distance thing throughout their engagement. Leah moved to Milwaukee in August. A puppy quickly followed. Now, as if planning a wedding wasn’t enough on their plate, they started construction on their new home together in Jackson!
Throughout their engagement, we could tell Leah & Bob were so excited to get married. On the day of, this was heightened (as it should be)! Originally, they were against the First Look but later decided they wanted to spend as much time together on their wedding day. After the ceremony, we built-in time for a bar stop in downtown Oshkosh. The wedding party casually hung out, drank some moscow mules and relaxed before the crazy dance party.
