Melissa & Ryan are married!
Fifteen years ago, Melissa & Ryan met while in high school. Melissa was a freshman and Ryan, a sophomore. Their first date? Taco Bell. They’ve gone on about a million dates since and their wedding day was the ultimate celebration. We met Melissa and Ryan both at the Hyatt in downtown Milwaukee. Ryan and his guys casually got ready. This variation on wedding days is our favorite. Melissa and the ladies did makeup, teased hair, drank coffee & ate muffins. Everyone hustled and bustled getting ready for Melissa & Ryan’s catholic mass at 11:00AM.
When you plan a wedding, it’s hard to envision all the details coming together. Melissa said this was one of their favorite parts of the day! Seeing “how well it all came together!”, she said. As Melissa & Ryan entered the Grain Exchange, their eyes lit up. The entire room was decorated for them. The beautiful floral arrangements by matched the room perfectly. The up-lighting matched the floral. The lights accented the rooms historical architecture. Everything … came together!
Melissa noted to future brides and grooms, “Have fun with the process. It’s a stressful time, but remember that you only get to do it once! It is here and gone before you know it!” The two danced the night away and finally celebrated their marriage!
