Alex & Jared are married!
On a unseasonably cool day in October, Alex started the day in the comfort of their own home. Jared got ready at his parents home. I think Alex got the sweet end of the deal mostly because she got to hang out with their sweet Boxer, Dante. Both Alex and Jared then finished getting ready at their church in Menomonee Falls.
Well before the wedding day we worked with Alex & Jared to form a plan for their day. Where to be and when, sort of thing. Well, when the day came, the forecast threw a little wrench in those plans. Alex & Jared put their best go-with-the-flow attitude forward and let us lead the way to our studio in Bay View. The wedding party was able to stay indoors while we ventured the property with Alex & Jared. We even got outside for a few in the alleyway, as it blocked the blustery winds. By the time we got to the reception, Alex’s dress could have been rung out. She never complained though and that’s why we love her!
The reception at the Performing Arts Center was full of energy. Their wedding party and guests danced the night away with the help of Sound by Design. Although, they may have been fueled by the loads of donuts provided as desserts 🙂 Alex & Jared both said their favorite part of the day was “Taking a step back at the reception, looking around the room and realizing we know everyone there; and all these people are celebrating us.”
